Reservation Policy
Check-in / Check-out time is 24 Hours.
Please provide your estimated arrival time during the reservation.
We hold the room maximum 3 hrs from the expected time of arrival.
Unmarried Couples are strictly not allowed to check in.
Pets – On Request
Primary Guest should be 18 and above to book a room.
Guest with Local ID / Address Proof are not allowed.
No of Persons booked during reservation are only allowed to stay.
Visitors of the guest are not entertained inside room.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Management reserve the full rights of admission, even after the payment done
All issues are subject to Chennai jurisdiction only.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
This host has a Moderate Cancellation Policy — 100% refundable
Cancel up to 10 days before your trip and get a full refund.
Cancel within 7 days of the trip and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate.
Less than 7 days of your trip, there will be no refund.
Refund amount will be made through Bank Transfer or Account pay Cheque only.
